This is the second BlackBerry cake that I have made. The first one was much smaller, this cake feeds 25-30 people. It is 3 layers of sour cream chocolate cake with swiss meringue buttercream and covered in fondantIt was so much fun to make - I love painting on the details. It was for a 70th birthday for a guy who loves his BlackBerry.
