Mad Scientist Cake

Last year, this birthday boy got a Crocodile Cake.  This year it is a Mad Scientist theme.  I had some amazing graphics and color palette as inspiration for this cake.
I painted the mad scientist with edible ink onto a sugarpaste background.
And when they cut inside.... isn't that fun?!!

ooh very cool!! love the handpainted mad scientist, juanita!! also the inside layers of the cake are super cool - an extra touch i'm sure the birthday boy went wild for!!
