This week's guest post comes fresh from Cake Fiction in New Jersey. Paula Tosonotti founded Cake Fiction to serve the tri-state area with fabulous and original designs. Paula is an internationally trained chef, her secret weapon is her walnut almond pound cake with a dulce de leche cream filling (recipe here) from her native Argentina.
