I was given a lovely color palette to create this 1st birthday cake. I just love how this topsy turvy cake turned out. Both tiers were chocolate sour cream cake with chocolate swiss meringue buttercream.
I do love the colours in this cake and topsy turvys are not easy feat to accomplish. You certainly nailed this one. I wish I was a little girl...I think I'd paint my room in all these colours.
